I’m really not satisfied with Doola. When you set up your company through them, they fail to mention the extra fees for expediting the EIN process. It’s only when you inquire about the EIN that they hit you with a fee you gotta cough up. I submitted my application for the EIN on 07/12/2022, and I’m still waiting on it. This whole situation has me feeling pretty let down.

Getting through the company formation process in the US can be quite tricky, especially with all the varying state regulations. The folks at doola are hard at work behind the curtain to ensure everything goes smoothly and efficiently. I kicked off my company formation during the holiday rush last year, so I figured it would take a while. To my surprise, the team put in a lot of effort and had my new business ready to roll by the beginning of the new year.

I had some queries regarding the setup of a single member LLC owned by a foreign entity, and Parshwa did an excellent job addressing all my concerns. His responses were straightforward and to the point. He even suggested something tailored to my unique circumstances, which really shows he cares. I'm happy with the help I got from the customer service crew.

The customer service is really lacking. I've been handling everything on my own from the start. The business was officially set up. On January 3, I let them know that the company was ready. They were actually meant to keep me in the loop. When I inquired about the EIN application on January 11, they replied, "we still haven't gotten the paperwork from Delaware," even though it was all done on January 3rd. They seem completely lost. I suggested they check their control panel since the company setup was already complete. Honestly, they just don’t seem to know what they’re doing. I ended up wasting eight days because of their confusion. They really lack the necessary experience and professionalism. Nobody wants to deal with folks who are unprofessional.

I can only speak about the support I received before setting up my account and starting the LLC formation. Parshwa was fantastic - super attentive and addressed all my inquiries.

Now I’m just waiting for the LLC to be formed and the EIN to come through...

I started working with this company on 7/12/2022. They took their sweet time getting the EIN files to me, and when I reached out, they proposed I pay extra for something called EIN Expedition to get it done faster. After I forked over the cash, nothing happened for 10 days! Don’t fall for their sales pitch; the customer service is terrible.
